Naval Advisory Group Takes Command Of Operation MARKET TIME, Task Force 115

Command of Operation MARKET TIME passes from the U.S. Navy Seventh Fleet to the U.S. Naval Advisory Group. The U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels carrying out MARKET TIME’s surveillance and interdiction operations become the Coastal Surveillance Force, also known as Task Force 115. This task force continues to conduct patrols of South Vietnam’s coastal waters with surface ships, patrol boats, and aircraft.1
