Air Force Aeromedical Evacuation During Tet

As the Tet Offensive rages, U.S. Air Force aeromedical evacuation aircraft transport more than 10,000 wounded and injured personnel during February alone. Air Force Airlift units average over 9,000 patients evacuated per month through the month of June.1
