As part of the U.S. Navy’s and Coast Guard’s Vietnamization programs, Naval Forces Vietnam completes the three-month transfer of naval facilities at Phu Cuong, Long Binh, Kien An, Chau Doc, Tan Chau, and Ha Tien to Vietnamese navy control.1
