Business Opportunities with the Commemoration

The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration is authorized by the United States Congress and is an office within the Department of Defense. Organizations wishing to conduct business with the Commemoration must do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and other relevant policies and procedures. The Commemoration will not respond to individual inquiries on upcoming solicitations. Organizations wishing to be informed about solicitations should sign up for notifications through the Federal Business Opportunities (link is external)  website.

Licensing

Periodically the Commemoration will solicit proposals from vendors to produce items defined by the Commemoration for sale to the public.  Proposals from vendors will include a licensing fee to be paid to the Vietnam War Commemoration.  All licensing fees received are deposited in a designated account to be used toward items and events to thank and honor all veterans who served during the Vietnam War and their families. Any such proposal requests for licensing will be posted through the Federal Business Opportunities (link is external)  website.  Any interested organization wishing to learn about such proposals, should sign up for notifications through the Federal Business Opportunities (link is external)  website.

The Commemoration reserves the right to suspend or terminate the licensing program at any time.
