Lt. Gen. Claude M. "Mick"  Kicklighter, Director of the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration 50th Anniversary presents a certificate of service to Mrs. Norma Luther, National President of the American Gold Star Mothers organization, recognizing her outstanding work on behalf of mothers across the country who have had a son or daughter killed while on active duty.  Kicklighter also presented certificates to Gold Star Mothers from the Vietnam War as part of the commemoration and briefed the group on ongoing national outreach efforts of the Vietnam War  50th anniversary.  He thanked each of the Gold Star Mothers for the service, valor and sacrifices they and their families have made.  To learn more about the Gold Star Mothers program visit their website at
