Commemorative Partner Honors Three Widows of Vietnam Veterans

The Society of Military Widows of Southern Nevada Chapter #34, an official Commemorative Partner of the Vietnam War Commemoration, honored three widows of Vietnam veterans during Sunday's meeting.

Dawn Lessley, an Army Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) Support Coordinator, presented Molly K. Governs, Zelda J. Ashcraft and Dalia Rosa Roth with Vietnam Widows Certificates.

Vietnam Widows Certificates are given by the Vietnam War Commemoration to surviving spouses of Vietnam veterans who served in-theater during the Vietnam War.

The Commemorative Partner Program is a network of communities, organizations and businesses who help accomplish the mission of thanking and honoring Vietnam veterans and their families.
