Description:	Regent Jacki Lemonds shared with the members the official certificate sent for being a Vietnam War Commemorative Partner. The Proclamation by President Obama was read. Each member received "The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration Objectives". Regent Lemonds read these and the members brainstormed ideas to fulfill the objectives, as partners paying tribute to honor the Vietnam Veterans and their families. The "Description of the Vietnam Commemorative Flag" was thoroughly pointed out, as two members proudly held the flag high. Also discussed was "The Description of the Vietnam War Commemorative Seal". Lemonds gave each member a handout on the "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day Designated by Senate for March 30th" and read this information.
