Branson, Missouri, Veterans Day Parade (79th annual) (09:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Branson's 79th Annual Veterans Day Parade will march through Historic Downtown Branson on the "11th hour, of the eleventh day of the 11th month. Once known as "Armistice" Day is now "Veterans Day" to honor all of America's Veterans who served their country.

Parade and Rally to Honor all veterans of all wars. 50 Year Commemoration Proclamation signing by local and state elected officials. Week leading up to Veterans Day – Several VFW Posts throughout the state will work with city officials in their home areas to sign similar proclamations. Placing wreaths throughout the week at several veterans memorials including the Vietnam Memorial at the State Capitol in Salt Lake City.
50th Anniversary of Vietnam War “Welcome Home” Reception (06:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
Following the briefing, the United War Veterans Council, Vietnam Veterans of America Manhattan Chapter, and the Soldiers’, Sailors’, Marines’, Airmen’s and Coast Guard Club (SSMAC) will host a cocktail Reception in honor of all Vietnam Veterans, their families and guests. A memorable evening of re-union, music, and friendship.
