They request to have their flag presented at their dinner at the Union League of Philadelphia where they will honor ROTC Cadets and Midshipmen from U Penn, Drexel, Temple, Villanova Rutgers and other schools.
They will also reach out to the ROTC units to sign up and to the Society of Military Engineers national office and other chapters.
Many of the members of this organization are business leaders in firms such as Bechtel and Flour.
