To reunion Vietnam Veterans and their families. Focus is on Families; To recognize and honor Vietnam Veterans and their families; To recognize and honor Gold Star Moms and Families from the Vietnam Era; To update all veterans on efforts to improve veterans benefits for Vietnam related conditions, and help in facilitating access to the VA for benefits.

Alabama’s NINTH ANNUAL BLUE STAR SALUTE will be co-hosted by our Blue Star Salute Foundation, Inc., the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Commission, the South Alabama Veterans Council and the City of Mobile. This 9th Annual observance will be on Saturday, 18 May 2013 starting at 9:00AM in the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, 2703 Battleship Parkway, Mobile. The public is strongly encouraged to join us as we continue to “Salute” Alabama’s Military Service Members, Veterans of Military Service, Military Fallen Heroes since 9/11/2001 and all their family members.
