Asheboro Public Library

The tour will provide an overview of the Warhawk Museum and will highlight the service of the Armed Forces during the Vietnam War.

The display will include available books about the Vietnam War; uniforms and equipment from local veterans; material from the 50th Anniversary Celebration; and the opportunity for genealogical research. The town major, local elected officers, DAR representatives, veterans, and their families will be invited to participate in the opening ceremony.

Set up an exhibit of the Vietnam War and to thank and honor Vietnam Veterans for their sacrifice and service.
