Honor the more than 58,000 who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Vietnam War and experience the healing power of The Vietnam Veterans Memorial when The Wall That Heals, a half-scale replica of the memorial in Washington, D.C., visits Flora, Illinois, during Summer 2017. Accompanying the wall replica is a mobile Education Center that displays the photos of service members whose names are found on The Wall, along with letters and memorabilia left at The Wall in D.C.
Open to the public 24-hours per day, Thursday-Sunday, July 6-9, on the grounds of Floyd Henson Junior High School, 609 N. Stanford Rd. (U.S. Route 50 & North Stanford Rd. near Clay County Hospital.)
