To submit an event to be considered for inclusion on the calendar, please send an email to MKTG_vnwar50th@wso.whs.mil and include the following information:
• Organization Name
• Point of Contact Name / Phone Number / Email Address
• Name of Event
• Date and Time of Event
• Location of Event
• Summary of Event
• Which of the 5 Program objectives the event satisfies
• Brochure or other materials (optional)

Event submissions received by close of business on Tuesday will be reviewed and posted to the calendar by Friday of the same week.
