    18 AUG at approx. 1930 Hrs at the Vietnam Veterans War Memorial, Panel 44E Wreath Ceremony at Panel 44E. Honoring those brave U.S. Air Force men on a Top Secret covert mission at Phou Pha Thi (Lima Site 85) in far northeast Laos. Overrun by NVA Special Forces on March 10-11, 1968. CMSgt Dick Etchberger fought to enable four other WIA to escape by Air America and USAF helicopter; he and 11 others were KIA. Chief Etchberger was recently awarded the Medal of Honor. www.tlc-brotherhood.org
