All conflicts the United States of America has been involved in are represented. Paying respect to veterans, active duty military, police officers and firefighters; anyone whose daily job is to put themselves in harm’s way, to protect and defend our way of life, in locations around the world or here on the home front. It creates a great forum for communities to raise local awareness and the chance to host an event that can raise funds that stay in your community to help local causes. Lee, VA , 27893 To Thank and Honor Veterans, starting with the Commissary Headquarters at Ft. Lee, VA and following up with all the Commissary locations worldwide. Industry partners, such as food and beverage vendors will be invited to make this a wider event throughout all Commissaries. Veterans Day Weekend/Week will be the worldwide roll out for all of DeCA, all 247 locations. Chapman Avenue Fullerton , CA , 92832 714-992-7000 Fullerton College will be honoring Vietnam Veterans by a former President of the College Veteran's Club and Commemorative Partnership Chairman to speak on his experience on campus following his service in Vietnam. Commemorative pins will be given to Vietnam Veterans and their families.
