State Capitol Holiday Remembrance Ceremony s a part of the Wreaths Across America Program we will present the 50th Commemoration of the Vietnam War and place a wreath at the Vietnam Memorial on Capitol Hill (west lawn). Utah Governor Gary Herbert will be a speaker as well as Executive Director for Utah Veterans Affairs Terry Schow and VFW Public Affairs Officer Dennis Howland. Honor Guard will comprise of members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars - Utah. Wreath will be placed precisely at 10:00
